Maghayer Al Dir, West Bank – May 22, 2025 Palestinian residents of the Maghayer Al Dir community pack their belongings as they leave following repeated attacks and harassment by Israeli settlers. On Sunday, a new Israeli outpost was established inside the community, escalating the situation. Settlers have reportedly stolen water sources, blocked access to wells, and prevented Palestinian shepherds from watering their livestock a tactic locals describe as part of a broader effort to force them off their land.

كتبت ضحى الصيفي: "أنا فلسطينية من غزة، شاهدة على الوجع، وناجية من مجزرة خطفت أطفالي الثلاثة: ريتال، ونور الحق، وأسامة، في لحظة واحدة من حضن الحياة. نجوت من الموت بجسدي المثقل بالجراح، لكنني أعيش كل لحظة بروح أمٍ مكسورة، تحفر أسماء أطفالها في الذاكرة والوجدان. في كل كلمة أقولها، وفي كل حرف أكتبه، أحمل وجع بلادي وصوت شعبي. لم أعد أكتب فقط كصحفية، بل كأمٍ نكبتها الحرب، وكإنسانة تحمل قضية، وكصوتٍ يناضل ليبقى الوجع الفلسطيني حيًّا في ضمير العالم. رسالتي ليست فقط تذكيرًا بالفقد، بل نداء للضمير الإنساني: نحن لا نُقصف بالأرقام… نحن أسماء، ووجوه لا تطلبوا مني أن أصبر فأنا محتسبة راضية بقضاء ربي لكنني أكتب، وأتحدث، وأوثق، ليس لأنني تجاوزت… بل لأنني أقاوم أن يختفي اسم أطفالي في زحمة المجازر. لأنني أؤمن أن من نحبهم لا يموتون إن ظل صوتهم حيًا بيننا. ألم الفراق… وجع لا يُقال، بل يُنقش على الروح إلى الأبد"
