4:12 PM @eye.on.palestine Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital, consoles Dr. Hani Badran after the bombing of his home in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza, which resulted in the martyrdom of 17 members of his family. This tragedy unfolds amid over 42 days of absolute siege on northern Gaza, where civil defense teams have been expelled, and all means of life, including food, medical supplies, and ambulances, have been denied entry.

Translation: @translating_falasteen 2:31 AM @hossam_shbat Save my friends and colleagues, Journalists @fadi_alwhidi and @ali.hasan.alattar, to evacuate from Gaza for medical treatment.
For over a year, the courageous young photojournalist Fadi Al-Wahidi documented Israel’s gen0cidal cr;mes in north Gaza, daring to remain in and cover those areas where no award-winning Western journalists dared to go. Then, on October 9, 2024, Fadi was sh0t in the neck by the IOF in Jabaliya, causing him to become partially paralyzed and suffer extensive respiratory and neurological damage.
Despite pleas from several humanitarian organizations to allow Fadi to evacuate Gaza to receive treatment, Israel has refused to allow Fadi to leave. On October 17, Fadi fell into a coma. Since that time, his condition has continued to deteriorate. Now, Fadi Al-Wahidi’s family have begun a hunger strike to demand Fadi be allowed to leave Gaza for urgently needed treatment abroad.
The PYM amplifies the call to allow Fadi Al-Wahidi to travel abroad for the lifesaving treatment he needs — treatment that is not available in Gaza.
All honor and glory to Fadi Al-Wahidi for his courage and perseverance in the face of Israel’s bl00dy and mu7derous campaign against Palestinian journalists and press workers. With every precious drop of Palestinian bl00d spilled, our people’s struggle for dignity, self-determination, and liberation continues.
