12:39 PM @motaz_azaiza This week I was preparing to attend a United Nations event in Geneva to speak with experts and specialists about the importance of dismantling unexploded bombs still in Gaza, after the Israeli occupation stops dropping bombs on my people. But I was shocked today to hear that my invitation was revoked after pressure from the Israelis after they found out that Im going to be in event. They fear people that speak the truth about Gaza and the atrocities they’re committing against Palestinians. All they have is lies and censorship but I promise we will never stop and we won’t be silenced. This is what happens when no accountability is applied to those committing crimes against humanity. In fact sadly it’s supported by many who act like they advocate for international humanitarian law. The entire “international community” should be doing more to pressure the Israeli occupation to respect the ceasefire that they broke, rather than being pressured to silence those who are advocating for stopping of the genocide!!
