This shell is a remnant of the Israeli army. I found it inside our land in Gaza City, which is a crowded residential area. I contacted the relevant authorities and the International Committee of the Red Cross from the first moments of finding it, but for more than two weeks, no one has responded or come to deal with it. @icrc
