And the group "This my life" of volunteering by distributing vegetable parcels to the displaced people in the Rafah displacement camps. I saw smiles drawn on the faces of children and adults despite the war and displacement. Something small that you may consider might be something big and great For God. اليوم كان جميل كثير لاني شاركت مع منظمة بذور من أجل الإنسانية من الداخل الفلسطيني. ومجموعة هذه حياتي التطوعية بتوزيع طرود الخضروات على النازحين في مخيمات النزوح برفح ، شفت الابتسامة مرسومة على وجوه الأطفال والكبار بالرغم من الحرب والنزوح .. ممكن اشي بتفكره صغير يكون عند ربنا اشي كبير وعظيم @seeds_of_humanity @hathi_hayati

5:00 PM @byplestia Seven months of pushing forward, burying emotions, and pretending everything’s okay. To the point where I look at the mirror, and find a stranger staring right back at me. So recently I’m just trying to focus on myself and mental well-being rather than ONLY focusing on creating content, doing interviews, attending conferences virtually, and giving speeches. I’m hoping to be able to find a healthy balance soon and have the power to continue advocating for my homeland in an even more powerful way.

3:03 PM @atiadarwish في غزة الصحفي بيدفع تمن غالي فوق ما أي حدا يتخيل، وجع وألم كل لحظة بنكابر فيها منشان نكمل الرسالة اللي اخترنا طريقها طواعية، توثيق الفقد اليومي ياللي مطالبين فيه ننسى صورة أحبابنا وأهلنا وحياتنا ياللي فقدناها في ثواني، ويزيد عليها الخوف مش من أننا نكون مستهدفين إنما نكون سبب في فقد أسرنا وصحابنا بس لأننا موجودين في المكان. في اليوم العالمي لحرية الصحافة، ونحنا بنكابر لأجل حرية سقط زيف معناها في كل العالم. في ١٤١ صحفي استشهدوا خلال ٧ شهور، و٧٠ مصاب وحوالي ٢٠ أسير في سجون الاحتلال، غير المفقود أثرهم من يوم ٧ أكتوبر. في هذا اليوم ياللي بواصل فيه عملي على مدار سبع شهور. بتذكر الصديق نضال الوحيدي وهيثم عبد الواحد المختفين للشهر السابع. وإذا كان في شيء بينقال في هاي المناسبة بتكون الحرية لإلنا، الحرية لصحفيي غزة.

Do not leave your place even if there is no one left on the mountain of shooters but you If people stop, don't stop And if people are a period, do not sland Write about Gaza as if you are the only one who has to document the blood of its people Cry them as if you didn't cry for them, they wouldn't have a mate. God show your excuse, and every human being who does not do what he can, he has failed them!

A fellow detainee testified to @healthcareworkerswatch that he was being tortured. Today two Palestinian prisoner associations announced he has been killed.
