7:03 PM @anat.international We need to keep remembering that politics does not know humanity and that israel wont simply back down. The political end goal that israel is working towards is expelling Palestinians outside of the land and the way they are doing this is by making Gaza uninhabitable and destroying the medical care system entirely as well as not letting aid get in. These are conditions created for the purpose of eventual expulsion. Don’t be fooled because countries voted in favor of a ceasefire, the real goal of expulsion has not been mentioned in the resolution and those governments all have been collaborating against Gaza for the past 2 decades. And dont be fooled when an Arab country takes in some Palestinian children for medical care because those kids shouldnt be injured in the first place and if the world wasnt a perpetrator in this gen0cide + the overall blockade, then this wouldnt be our reality. Second of all, it was brought to my attention through a relative that there has been no talk about bringing in modular homes/temporary housing units and that the absence of those will facilitate more people wanting to leave Gaza even if a ceasefire is declared. I am just one person and I dont have answers but I want you all to keep the grand plan israel is cooking with its allies in mind. In combination with posting the news updates, we should talk about this aspect because israel is distracting from it by the constant atrocious crimes israelis commit daily.

1:09 AM @anat.international Ultimately the one thing that eliminated all my hallucinations is sleeping for 5 hours a day at the very least. I forced myself to do that after day 7 of the gen0cide after my friend warned me. I dont have any of those anymore thankfully🙏🏼 and I wont allow them to come back because I have put strict measures in place to combat them. The issue is that in Gaza no one is able to sleep from the constant sounds of b0mbs, drones, warships, etc. I am very scared about the psychological consequences that will affect our entire nation. Even though I am not on the ground I almost lost my brain on week 1 and there will be/ already are grave mental health repercussions for everyone on the ground. We should try to combat the psychological warfare as much as we can within those confines. If your family is in Gaza and you are abroad, you need to force yourself to sleep for at least 4-5 hours. Lets protect those who can be protected because we cannot control the sleeplessness of our people on the ground unfortunately😔 #mentalhealth
