1:06 PM @belalkh Citizens distribute water bottles to thousands of displaced people from the northern Gaza Strip after they traveled long distances on foot under the sounds of bombing and extreme heat.
When people are displaced from their homes in northern Gaza Strip in this case, they often face immense challenges in obtaining basic necessities, including water.
Displacement itself can be a harrowing experience, with families forced to travel long distances on foot, sometimes through dangerous. The combination of displacement, the sounds of bombing, and extreme heat creates a dire situation where the need for water becomes urgent and life-threatening.
The physical and emotional toll of the displacement, coupled with the scarcity of water, exacerbates the suffering of the affected population. Dehydration and waterborne diseases become real threats, especially in situations where people are compelled to use unsafe water sources. The lack of proper sanitation facilities further compounds the problem, creating an environment conducive to the spread of waterborne illnesses.
Photo:Belal Khaled / AA 11:17 AM @eid_yara This is what I’m talking about! This is the action you are taking to change this world. This is how we are going to stop this genocide.
Braverman has spread hate within our communities in the UK and encouraged white supremacists to engage in hate crimes against pro Palestinian protesters and even the police themselves. We know that she doesn’t represent our British public. Calling pro Palestine marches as hate marches is not only racist but also goes against every single British value of freedom of speech. You by posting, protesting, talking about what’s happening, you are helping Palestine. We need to sack all these racist politicians who support genocide! They are complicit in these war crimes. I had close friends being beaten and enter the hospital by white supremacists here in London but guess what? You can never silence us. You will never silence us. We will fight till Palestine is free!
Guys we’re changing history, we together can stop these atrocities! We together can end colonialism and apartheid. Don’t underestimate the power you hold as a HUMAN! Keep showing up, keep posting, keep protesting! We stand together till justice prevails. We stand together till we see a free Palestine. We stand together against genocide.
To every single person who’s been taking action nonstop since the start of this genocide. I want to tell you that we Palestinians love you, and you are standing on the right side of history. Our only consolation during these difficult times are the protests we see, the boycotts, the pressure of your governments. This is how humanity should be. Fuck international organisations that have done nothing so far, we together can decide who represents us. The British people have spoken loud and clear that they are against this genocide. That they want a ceasefire. That they stand with humanity. And despite everything I feel hopeful to see news like these. This is what she deserved and hopefully all racist pro genocide politicians can be sacked !
