My mom and sister also love taking care of all the cats from the street so theres 8 cats that just live in our garden and that my parents feed. All were left behind. Then there is is KuKu, my mother’s designated fourth child, her parrot💔 After I woke up from my trance during the first week of the genocide, I started thinking of kuku and our other animals and how much my mom is attached to kuku and I started crying. I felt embarrassed to post about it because people are getting killed so the least of my worries should be posting about animals. But now that the carnage has been going for a month, I will just post whatever because everything is broken and everything is terrible. We also have many turtles, and one of our big turtles has lived in our house since my grandfather was alive. She is an ancient turtle.
